The Laboratory is where Ladder's creative team are given free rein to explore the lines of development that intrigue them. The projects themselves are not tied to healthcare, however the learning we take out of them continues to inform our primary projects taking place in care settings.

Recently the Laboratory has been exploring work in the public realm in response to the site it's been working in.
