The Ladder to the Moon team brings together coaches, facilitators, trainers, creatives and support staff. All are experienced in the care sector and passionate about improving the quality of life for people with long term conditions.

Chris is a social entrepreneur and organisational development practitioner, with a background in community and engaged theatre practice.
He has pioneered the unique approach of Ladder to the Moon in order to lead and support the change that he wanted to see in the services that his Grandmother used.
Chris was named Care Innovator of the Year in the Great British Care Awards (Greater London) 2013.

Jude is a qualified coach with 20 years experience in dementia service development. Over the past five years she has coached over a hundred care service managers, and thousands of front line staff. Prior to joining Ladder, she was Dementia Development Lead at Westminster Council and a trainer with Dementia UK.

A highly experienced Creative Learning Expert Ben Neale has 10 years experience of interactive programme design and delivery in Care, Arts, Education and Business environments. Specialising in wellbeing, creativity, innovative approaches to social engagement.

Elliott oversees the coordination and administration of various Ladder programmes.
He has a background in communications and community and public engagement within the research sector.

Amy has recently rejoined us having been away for 5 years to have children, we're delighted to have her back making everything run smoothly again!
Andy is a Non-Executive Director for Ladder to the Moon, Founding Partner of Perspectiv, and Senior Honorary Visiting Fellow at Cass Business School.
His expertise is in enabling individuals, teams and enterprises to get to high performance. He is an expert in facilitative leadership and what it takes to release collective genius.
He has delivered over 600 programs around the world including the renowned Masters in Creativity, Innovation and Leadership at Cass where Andy is responsible for two of the eight modules: Creative Problem Solving and Leadership, and Delivering Innovation: Turning Ideas into Value.
