Group wide Culture Programme Starts with Forest Healthcare

We're delighted to have started a group wide programme of work with Forest Healthcare. Their CEO Paul Musgrave commissioned us to support more vibrancy, creativity and a shared activity culture that supports high levels of wellbeing.

I asked Paul why he wanted to work with Ladder to the Moon?

"We wanted to work with Ladder to the Moon because we had feedback from a number of residents and relatives about improving activities and interactions within our homes.  We wanted to engage with an organisation that could inject creativity, passion and fun into our homes and that could deliver results, which is what we had heard about Ladder to the Moon’s impact."

And his response when I asked what results he had started to see?

"We have received very positive feedback from our managers, staff, residents and relatives about the impact of Ladder to the Moon’s input.  As the CEO I have received cards thanking the Company for engaging with such a creative organisation as they not only deliver results themselves but inspire others to push themselves creatively and engage differently.  We are looking forward to seeing and feeling the longer term results from Ladder!"
